Everton has brought back winger Jack Harrison from Leeds United on another season-long loan. The 27-year-old made 29 appearances for Everton last season in the Premier League, netting three goals and providing three assists.
Harrison expressed his enthusiasm about rejoining the club, stating that he is thrilled to be back and looks forward to a full pre-season with a strong group of teammates.
Reflecting on the previous season, he mentioned enjoying his time at Everton despite facing challenges, and highlighted the supportive environment created by the fans, staff, manager, and teammates.
Harrison also noted his desire to contribute even more this season, emphasizing his motivation to demonstrate his capabilities on the field after a complete pre-season.
A member of the promotion-winning squad at Leeds in 2020, Harrison played three seasons in the Premier League with the club, tallying 21 goals and 16 assists in 107 appearances. After Leeds' relegation at the end of the 2022/23 season, he joined Everton on loan, scoring against Manchester City and aiding in Everton's 15th-place finish.
The Toffees will begin their season at home against Brighton, followed by matches against Tottenham Hotspur and AFC Bournemouth, teams against which Harrison scored last season.
