In the early hours of Wednesday, Matz Sels completed 90 minutes for Belgium as the Red Devils drew 1-1 with Mexico in an international friendly. Meanwhile, in a meeting of the Reds at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, Angus Gunn and Ibrahim Sangaré were unused substitutes for Scotland and Ivory Coast respectively. Neco Williams played the full 90 minutes for Wales in the Dragons’ 1-1 draw with Northern Ireland in Cardiff, while Nikola Milenković captained Serbia to a 2-1 win against Saudi Arabia after falling behind early in the friendly. Dan Ndoye enjoyed 45 minutes of action for Switzerland in their goalless friendly draw with Norway. Further down the age ranges, Matthew Orr played the full 90 minutes for Northern Ireland U21s in their UEFA EURO U21s qualifier against Latvia U21s. The 3-1 win moved the nation to third in the Group F standings. Finally, Kalum Thompson played the full 90 minutes for Northern Ireland U19s in their goalless draw with Lithuania U19s. The players will now return to the Nigel Doughty Academy as attention turns to Forest’s UEFA Europa League quarter-final against FC Porto on Thursday 9 April.
